Brita Purity 600 Quell ST replaceable cartridge 273200

Specially developed for the restaurant, catering and vending sector, the PURITY Quell ST filter cartridges reduce the carbonate hardness in drinking water and thus prevent limescale deposits in the downstream end device.

The proven BRITA filter technology decarbonises the water in four steps:

1 Pre-filtration
A pre-filter retains coarse particles.

2 Carbonate hardness reduction
The filter medium reduces the carbonate hardness and thus the formation of limescale.

3 Activated carbon filtration
All water - including blended water - passes through an activated carbon filter to reduce substances that impair flavour and aroma.

4 Fine filtration
Finally, a fleece retains any remaining fine particles.

IntelliBypass technology
The unique IntelliBypass technology stands for a constant proportion of blended water that is independent of the volume flow. This ensures consistently high water quality, even at low water flow rates.

The filter medium also binds heavy metal ions such as

  • lead
  • copper and
  • reduces turbidity, organic and flavour-impairing impurities as well as chlorine
  • chlorine residues in the filtrate and even in the blended water
