Letter shipments are sent with Deutsche Post.
Parcels are shipped with our shipping partner DHL. Delivery with DHL also takes place on Saturdays. Of course we also deliver to DHL packing stations. Domestic shipments are sent without an island surcharge. International and national parcels are shipped insured.
For deliveries to non-EU countries, customs duties and taxes of the respective country will be charged to the buyer.
