Area of application

Compared to the main type NFP, GFP cartridges have a 55% higher activated carbon mass. The activated carbon mass

determines the adsorptive retention rate (ARR) and retention capacity (ARC). Therefore, the application is recommended for

high adsorption requirements (decolourisation, odour removal,...)

Description

GFP cartridges consist exclusively of activated carbon in the filter block. You will receive 2x flat gaskets, each 4mm thick, for the top and bottom (as with the NFP). GFP cartridges fit in all devices in which NFP are used.

Performance

The filter cartridge must be replaced after 6 months (in accordance with DIN 1988). In principle, 10,000 litres of water may be filtered within the 6 months. However, an earlier change may be necessary if the water flow is noticeably reduced. An early change is not a defect in the filter used, but an indication of an increased occurrence of fine particles in the unfiltered water.

Instructions for use

  • Use only with cold water, protect from frost
  • Note the use of the 8 mm flat seal on the base cover side
