Description:

The IFP Puro combines the special properties of a sintered CARBONIT® monoblock with microfiltration of 0.15 µm through the internal Ster-O-Tap® capillary membrane. Even high loads that could accumulate in the organism are reliably removed and stored. The IFP Puro filter cartridges are ideal for low line pressure and enable bacterial contamination to be contained. The Ster-O-Tap® capillary membrane has been tested in accordance with ANSI/NSF Standard 53 (Cyst and Turbidity Reduction).

Capacity

The filter cartridge must be replaced after 6 months (in accordance with DIN 1988). In principle, 5,000 litres of water may be filtered within the 6 months. However, an earlier change may be necessary if the water flow is noticeably reduced. An early change is not a defect in the filter used, but an indication of an increased occurrence of fine particles in the unfiltered water.
