Shipping

Shipping and handling costs are charged once per order, no matter how many items you order at once. Shipment will be made within 24 hours after receipt of payment. In case of delivery delays we will inform you immediately.

Letter shipments are sent with Deutsche Post.

Parcels are shipped with our shipping partner DHL. Delivery with DHL also takes place on Saturdays. Of course we also deliver to DHL packing stations. Domestic shipments are sent without an island surcharge. International and national parcels are shipped insured.

For deliveries to non-EU countries, customs duties and taxes of the respective country will be charged to the buyer.

• Switzerland: €16.99 (19% VAT not applicable) + applicable taxes, customs duties, and customs clearance fees
• Norway: €18.90 (19% VAT not applicable) + applicable taxes, customs duties, and customs clearance fees
• France, Sweden, Spain: €18.90
